White Water Rafting: Novel Adventures

Kevin and Kate will observe their tenth anniversary. Kevin wants to give Kate a surprise vacation where they could relax a bit together. They have tried lots of activities like bungee jumping, sky diving, riding in cable cars, wake boarding among others. Because of this, Kevin is finding it hard to plan an activity which they have not yet experienced.

Also, he knows that Kate is the adventure type of girl who is always ready and eager to try something fresh. He bet that Kate won’t much enjoy a romantic dinner or a movie together which they do almost weekly. But another problem that he has is that he does not have too much money to spend a vacation outside the country. So he is looking for a nice vacation spot near Texas where they can try a new activity or sport.

He was desperately looking for something until he found out about white water river rafting. His research showed that it was a demanding recreational activity where you ride a raft to navigate down a river. From the brochures, he is positively sure that Kate would like it. It is a fun adventure that gives an adrenaline rush as you go down the river. It is usually done in white waters where there are different degrees of rough water which makes the trip more exciting.

Kevin found a white water rafting spot in the Arkansas River near Texas. So he decided it to be their destination. When they arrived there, Kate was so ecstatic about white water rafting. She really had fun with the excitement that it accompanies. She thought it was one of the greatest trip she had with Kevin. Kevin felt great that he accomplished their surprise anniversary celebration. He was just so thrilled seeing Kate liked his surprise.
